With over 15 years of experience in mental health and over 5 years in NDIS support, Julian is dedicated to helping individuals overcome real-world challenges. His work focuses on delivering practical, measurable improvements in communication, emotional regulation, and independent living. As a clinical neuropsychologist, he combines expertise with a hands-on, person-centred approach to ensure each individual receives the support they truly need.
Julian founded Outcomes Lab with a belief that collaboration and a focus on what truly matters lead to the best outcomes. His experience spans intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, acquired brain injuries, neurological disorders, and complex behavioural needs. This perspective shapes Outcomes Lab’s commitment to providing thoughtful, personalised support that integrates the latest research with real-world application.
